WORKOUT DETAILS:
➡️ Duration: 40 Minutes
➡️ Intensity: Sweaty 💧💧
➡️ No Equipment
➡️ 30 Sec Work, 30 Sec Walk
➡️ No Repeat
➡️ You'd be burning an average of 200 - 400 calories depending on your weight, body composition and exercise intensity.

I suggest doing at least 5 min warm up before this workout and 5 min stretching after.

I love no repeat and this one had all the right moves. 160 active calories, 210 total calories, average heart beat 126bpm with a range of 87-151, kept stepping through the break, 5237 steps total. ❤️❤️❤️ all of Yana’s walks are so so so so good!

I’m definitely a low impact cardio girly and those workouts have been really amazing so far, I’ve been doing around 10k steps daily for three weeks and I’m so glad that I found cardio workouts that I can be consistent with. Thank you so much ❤

For long, I've been putting my health on hold, so much so that I can look at the reflect of that neglect on my body. Today I did 30 minutes of this video and felt loads off my back, hence kick starting my weight loss journey! My current weight is 137.5 kg, will see how much I loose in a month with a healthy and proper diet.

If you told me 2 months ago that I'd manage to do cardio for a full 40 minutes, I'd have laughed in your face. Last week, I found Yana's videos, and I'm genuinely having fun with them - and I feel sweaty and accomplished. I used to do shorter but more intense workouts, and would struggle catching my breath. I could do it, but because of that struggle, I wasn't motivated or looking forward to doing them. Now with this one, I'm always enthusiastic and keen, because I know I'm gonna sweat (especially with small weights), I'm gonna do toning moves and build up my endurance, but one thing I'm not gonna do is suffer. Thank you for this!!❤
