I can’ believe I’m seeing this … I did this playing around with my kids and felt the best pops and cracks in my hips and lower back . Kids got scared because I was almost in tears from the amount of relief I felt instantly . 10/10 recommend doing this ! 6 years later and still feel amazing . I hated driving even short trips because sitting in that position seemed to make my pains work . Recently Took a 7hr road trip with zero pain . Still have a lot of emotions seeing this because I’ve seen multiple doctors / specialists/ and that got me nothing but bills .But 5 seconds joking around with my kids changed me forever . As we grow older we must remain active in some sort of way or we will pay for it

I’ve done this in my kitchen time to time when my lower back hurts from previous back injuries. Great relief, and usually gives a nice pop too

I did this once I had been having lower back pain since I could remember maybe since middle school and I did this and my back popped so good and I never got back pain since then and this was in 2016

This works best after a really hot shower when your muscles are more relaxed. You can feel your spine pull apart it feels amazing 😵‍💫

@rehabfix has become one of my favorite channels for back/sciatica 'control'.
FWIW I work at my desk for long periods. What I do is support my back with my elbows ON the desk .... controling the amount of stretch by how far apart my elbows need to be to PREVENT the pain from 'sitting'.  All this is done with correct lumbar spine POSTURE held in place.
