I took magnesium glycinate through my second pregnancy because with my first pregnancy I had terrible heart palpitations and tons of Braxton Hicks contractions. The magnesium glycinate made it so I had zero palpitations and very few contractions. I really feel like it helped me not go into premature labor again. The best.

Interesting video. As a hairdresser who suffers from carpal tunnel syndrome, Magnesium Malate is the difference between getting through a days work & being able to sleep without pain at night.

I take Mag Malate in the AM. L-Threonate midday. Mag Orotate in the PM. Been working great for me the past few years!

I have a spinal injury my whole life I'm now 45 and I used to struggle having a BM. I would go maybe once a week. I've been taking magnesium citrate capsules for about 6 weeks and I've had a BM everyday since it's saved my life i wish I'd tried it years ago.
