Very much appreciate the knowledge that both of you impart...I have lost 60 lb over the past two years doing keto and Inter. fasting. I am slim with completely flat abdomen at age 68. I just wish you would look at the important work done by very high level medical researchers covered by them in the FB private group TLO Trying Low Oxylates. Nuts have pretty high oxylate content and can/do cause arthritis like pain as they collect in various areas of the body....not just kidneys. Cutting them out, especially almond products, has dramatically alleviated arthritic pain in my hands and hip!!!

Hey Docs, Regarding cheese for lactose intolerant persons: cheese made from the milk of sheep and goats is a great resource also because those milks do not contain lactose. Manchego is similar to fresh Parmesan in taste and consistency. Goat cheese is very soft and is amazing on homemade pumpkin spice crackers made from seeds and almond flour.

Very good.
When i get off track with my clean keto game with regard to bloating and the scale it seems eggs in butter, pasture ground beef, avocado, and coffee with cream/mct gets me back on track. I *prefer* to eat lots of broccoli, cauliflower, big salads, cabbage however I am more sensitive to them. Thanks for all your videos. 🙏🏼
