In lunge poses, are the feet suposed to be hip distance or closer? Sorry I know there're not lunges in the video but I've had this question bugging in my mind.

I have real trouble maintaining the first exercise as my hamstrings starts to tighten and really hurt

Great exercise but I have feedback. Really, really, really hard to find a flow due to how much instruction is coming after the exercise has already started.
