This video shares a series of stretches for golfers to improve their swing position hitting it further and more consistently. This routine focuses on opening the shoulders, improving rotation of the spine and stretching out the hips to allow great movement in the swing.

I used to struggle to get the ball higher in the air. Started to do this routine nightly and have seen significant progress in the past month. Higher ball flight, farther distances and over all consistent. Being able to unlock more of your backswing is a game changer!

This is a damn good routine! Especially the hamstring stretch which is fantastic for not only for the hamstrings but helps a golfer feel what the hips and pelvis should be doing in the golf swing. I’ll be doing this routine daily if not twice daily!

Great video! I also play beach volleyball and was wonddering if you had a warm up for stretching before playing. Seems like I need help with hips and shoulders
