Poor Andy, he really suffered for our education today! Many thanks, Ive always believed in preparing the body for exercise, dancing and any sport and am annoyed that it is rarely stressed enough in school if taught at all.

I have just turned 60 and love my golf but seriously through a hard physical job for 45yrs, I have poor flexibility so looking forward to this to see if I start to get a better range of movement. Thank you guys for putting this up.

(Larry - San Diego) did the the test at the gym 1. Knee to wall; right OK and left needs work, 2 Left hip rotation fine, right needs work, 3. Left rotation fine, right needs work 4.pass, and 5 pass. started foam roller and flexibility exercises. will keep you guys posted!

I have been foam rolling for about 4 years. One bit of advice: start with a softer non-ribbed roller and work up to the ribbed roller.

Fantastic Video! One thing that was missed is when performing dorsiflexion, knee needs to travel over the mid foot, and not on the inside of the big toe. Very common (natural) cheat to gain range.
