More context this is burning 1 more calorie in the same time period during cardio per week. Thats 52 calories more in a year from now during that same cardio session. Its that simple. This is from a much longer coaching plan.

The point of this is if you burn 1 more caloire per week, at the end of the year that will be 52 more. Or about 1378 caloires extra in the year. So even if you don't cut any calories you will lose 1/3 of a pound of fat but will be better and easily burn more calories.

If you put in half ass effort, you get half ass results! I can’t use that in art class because admin will not approve so I tell my learners “you get out of it what you put into it.” Thank you for all you do. You were my game changer and gave me the greatest results.

Hey Greg, wanna say I love your cookbooks. I don't want this to get out of proportion, but could you make a cookbook for infants/toddlers/baby era of a human. I've tried to cook healthy for my son, but he seems to be a picky eater. like its a game of chance with him whether he will eat healthy or not eat at all.

I desperately wish Greg would make more videos on how to gain weight. I've been eating 3000 calories a day for a solid month, with less than 3 hours of exercise per week and have only gained like a pound.

I’ve never thought about it in these terms before. The better shape I’m in the more calories I burn during a cardio session. The given context is one calorie more. But, in the macro sense that 1 calorie adds up. So essentially you could be burning 100 or so extra calories through out the day. Is this a correct assumption? Thanks coach Greg ✌️
