This time of the month is all about slowing down, moving with your bodies natural rhythm and self-love, but not tooooo much. If you’re like me — then you definitely indulge a little ice cream, extra sleep and downtime. And hey, there ain't nothing wrong with that! But s'aaaaaal about balance here. So this practice is all about finding that mid-point between honouring the body and finding space to offer relief for achy lower belly and back.

This is what I do as much as I can when am on my monthly moon period! I think it is a must for every girl on this planet. I always feel much better afterward ! Many thanks

Thank you for this! Not only did this help me physically, but it also put me in a mental state to give myself positive self-talk. Earlier today, I was upset at my body for starting this again. But through this practice, I started telling my body that I’m thankful for her and that she’s doing a really good job keeping me alive. Exactly what I needed 💛

So glad I found this!! As I’m getting older (my 30s) my period is getting worse in every way! I found myself crying with buried emotion during the first hip opener. Beautifully helpful and soothing practice, thank you. Much needed release.

Girl, this was SUCH an amazing practice. EXACTLY what I needed. Those fetal positions with a twist felt so, sooo good.... Did this first thing in the morning :)
