Thanks you so much +HASfit! I'm 14 years old and I've been doing your workouts as many times as I can per week without my school getting in the way. I was never overweight, but I've been trying to lose a little bit of extra fat I don't need. I've been doing a bunch of these workouts and also eating less and more healthy, and I've lost fifteen pounds of fat but at the same time grown a lot! I love this videao.. you two are great to watch.. I sometimes switch between the two of you but the dude does crazy work outs. I LOVE the one in a plank where you bring your knees to chest that feels great. I also follow other vids. Amazingly kind and helpful esp in times of pandemic and no gym to go to :)
