I am 5 weeks in doing these types of exercises, I only started this belly one last week and I already see a difference. I tried my wedding dress on and it fits, and I still have till October. My biggest worry was it would not after being pregnant for 2 months and loosing the baby. I'm over 40, and have had 2 kids, over weight my whole life and I just decided I'm going to start sculpting my body, strengthen it and get into the shape I have wanted my whole life. Not to be super skinny but healthy, strong and sculpt the curves I know are there. It's starting, it's begun and I could not be happier. First time getting results in my life. Hard work, but so rewarding. Keep going soul fit sisters. 💪 we keep encouraging each other, keep going. You too can do it.

my weight was in 02.05.23: 60.00 kg
doing this workout + no sugar, no sweets, no fastfood: since 04.05.23
i will do it until 01.06.23
goal is 55.00 kg.

14 July i start this exercise now it is working my weight is 70kg and my weight was 71kg in two day result was there 1kg i r reduce thank you mam for you effort, , 💕😊

Just did this workout for the first time. I am sweating like a boss! Love this burn!! 49, menopausal and need a good whole body workout. My legs abs and glutes are feeling this. Love it!

This works!!!! Only after one session and doing only 15 min of the entire video I saw results the next day!!! I’ve continued now everyday for the past two weeks! I love that I don’t have to lie on the ground because sometimes with traveling I don’t want to lay on a hotel floor!

After 4 consistent days my tummy is a lot smaller and tighter. This works.
But you have to do it right. They look easy but when you follow the instructions on how to do them you sweat a lot but this really works. Will keep doing

I started the workout on Saturday 8/10/2022 and now is my 7th day 14/10/2022.
So far I have when from 77.1kgs to 74.1kgs.
If you just started the work out. I encourage you to continue pushing yourself and start eating clean, more vegetables and fruits.

It's actually my third day doing this workout and suddenly I realized that I'm getting abs so I'm gonna continue with this workout til I lose as much belly fat as possible and if I get more abs I'll be so happy.
You can do it too, as long as I can you can too.❤
