Here's a 10-minute full-body and abs workout that you can do at home. This routine is designed to be efficient and effective, targeting multiple muscle groups and engaging your core to help tone your body and strengthen your abs.

### 10-Minute Full Body & Abs Workout

#### **Warm-Up (1 minute)**

1. **High Knees (30 seconds):**
- Jog in place while lifting your knees as high as possible.

2. **Arm Circles (30 seconds):**
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and extend your arms to the sides. Make small circles for 15 seconds, then reverse the direction for another 15 seconds.

#### **Workout Routine (8 minutes)**

1. **Jump Squats (1 minute):**
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, lower into a squat, then explode up into a jump. Land softly and repeat.
- **Repetitions:** Aim for 15-20 reps.

2. **Push-Ups (1 minute):**
- Start in a plank position with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the ground, then push back up. Modify by doing knee push-ups if needed.
- **Repetitions:** Aim for 10-15 reps.

3. **Plank to Push-Up (1 minute):**
- Start in a plank position on your forearms. Push up onto your hands one at a time, then lower back to your forearms. Keep alternating.
- **Repetitions:** Aim for 10 reps.

4. **Russian Twists (1 minute):**
- Sit on the ground with knees bent and lean back slightly. Hold your hands together and twist your torso to touch the ground beside you.
- **Repetitions:** Aim for 15-20 reps per side.

5. **Mountain Climbers (1 minute):**
- Start in a plank position and quickly alternate bringing your knees toward your chest.
- **Duration:** Continue for 1 minute.

6. **Leg Raises (1 minute):**
- Lie flat on your back with legs straight. Lift your legs up to a 90-degree angle, then slowly lower them without touching the ground.
- **Repetitions:** Aim for 12-15 reps.

7. **Burpees (1 minute):**
- From a standing position, squat down, place your hands on the ground, jump your feet back into a plank, perform a push-up, jump your feet back to your hands, and then jump up.
- **Repetitions:** Aim for 10-15 reps.

8. **Bicycle Crunches (1 minute):**
- Lie on your back, lift your legs, and alternate bringing your opposite elbow to your opposite knee in a cycling motion.
- **Repetitions:** Aim for 15-20 reps per side.

#### **Cool Down (1 minute)**

- **Child’s Pose (30 seconds):**
- Kneel on the floor, sit back on your heels, and reach your arms forward, resting your forehead on the ground.

- **Cat-Cow Stretch (30 seconds):**
- Get on your hands and knees, arch your back upwards (cat), then lower it and lift your head and tailbone (cow).
