One cannot do spot reduction as per sciences.. abs fat is the most adamant fat.. you can reduce it only at last. Though u do 1000s of abs workout .. it will work only for muscles of 6 pack it's not going to reduce the fat above the packs we have..

Note: we all have packs but our body fat covers it .
