Hey I’ve been doing your workout for about 2 months and I can see difference, I’ve lost 10 Kg and still going, my calf’s have slimmed a little, I tried your thigh workouts and I can see a lot of difference, my thighs have gone from 45 to 33. Thankyou !! Xx

I'm starting this exercise from now on🌝
30 days challenge
Day 1✅ = it's a Little hard today, mainly step 13, 14 uff I almost tired but it's Okie I will do all and get slim leg
Day 2✅= Today was a little easy 13 and 14 steps feels so easy today, this exercises makes as more stretchable
Day 3✅= today I seen some changes in my legs .... I'm not gonna give up now I can believe that it is working enjoy doing this exercise and 1 special tip for you all drink 8+ glass water it makes your full body slim ...
Day 4✅ =done the same changes as yesterdays
Day 5✅=done wow feel so happy doing this workout 😺
Day 6✅= done😷
Day 7✅= easy peasy done I have seen some changes in my legs
Day 8✅= done almost forgot, and it's been a week I'm doing this exercise I feel so happy bcz I can see some changes in my legs I'm gonna go for a month and will say the result ;)
Day 9✅= done pretty easy :)
Day 10✅= good
Day 11✅= done
Day 12✅= haa easy peasy
Day 13✅=done
Day 14✅=done
Day 15✅= I can see alot changes guys it's really working✓!!!

Day 19❌= didn't done tdy cz we are going for a trip
Day 20❌= skipped tdy cz i didnt get in home

Day 26✅= i have done and my mom join with me for this exercise 😄
Day 27❌= i got ear pain guys so I skipped, hope it will be ok tmr 😞
Day 28✅= my ear pain has gone so perfectly done🌟😌

Day 30✅= and finally🙂

Result: guysss I can see alot changes in my legs, and my family says they can see a big different, I'm very satisfied with this exercise, and I'm gonna do it till my school open oooh I recommend this exercise, must try one, can see a big difference between the old leg, you will get a slim leg but not slimmer, I think I have to do it for 2 or 3 good one try it i like it tho ⭐😊

День 1: сделала один подход, чувствую себя хорошо
День:2 изменений нет, но я чувствую как тянуться мышцы
Делала две недели, просто не писала результаты
-8мм в правой -1см в левой

Day 2 ✅️ why i am doing this my legs are little thin like 15 but still i will continue 😅
My schools and tutions are going so I can't do because i'm not getting enough time.
But in free time time I will do it.

Writing it for myself, but maybe it would be a real motivation for somebody!
Calves - 36cm. Height 164. I'm sitting on an intermediate fasting, diet, doing other non-related to calves exercises and run in gym.
But my calves are really chubby... Full of fat ahh. So, good luck to everyone!
Day 1 - ✅
Day 2 - ✅ -1cm!
Day 3 - ✅ no changes
Day 4 - ✅ -0.5cm!
Day 5 - ✅ no changes
Day 6 - ✅ no chances
Day 7 - ✅ no changes

Results: so, calves were 36, now 34.5cm. As you may see, for everybody it results differently. That's better than nothing Thank you, trainer! Keep doing it, ladies! 🤞
