Carnivore diet and walking as soon as the sun comes up for just 10-15 minutes got me off all meds after 23 years. ❤

Sir I m 24 years old because of my some personal problem I used to drink a lot and smoke a double but after I realize that I used to hear my heartbeat I was scared a lot and I quiet drinking and smoking and it really works but then to the problem was not cure I went to cardiologist and done my holter test and some blood test blood test was normal but in ecg my resting heart rate was 105-130 it found that I was suffering from tachycardia fast heart beat.
So my bp was 130/90 to 140/100.
I am following diet as u said but can we eat rice?
