My story, stroke at 42, blood pressure in ER was 230/200. Good recovery some residual effects. For me, no processed food, only whole food-mostly steak, chicken, nuts, seeds and limited fruits and vegetables.May take months, for me 6months, today I’m 122/79. Avoid anything not made by nature.

My BP was 155/92 over two weeks ago. I cut out salt, processed sugar, coffee and started daily 15-30 minutes of cardio whether it’s a run or walk. I only ate the Mediterranean diet so porridge with some fruit every morning, salads with fish every lunch and a roasted veggies with fish or chicken for dinner. Lots of olive oil. I also tried some sauna sessions and switched to BP lowering herbal teas like redbush & camomile. I took readings every day. Not much change in the first week, getting around 140/85 average but the second week is where I started to see the work pay off with readings around 125/80. In my third week now I’m at 112/69. Stress is a factor yes but I’m in a stressful job and still got my BP down by 40 points. From my experience the changes in diet and daily exercise made the improvements in lowering BP. I noticed the biggest dips an hour after cardio.

Im 56, quit sugar, starch, grain and high glycemic fruit. Began eating mostly meat and vegetables, and doing 1 hour of circuit/interval training at the guy 3 days a week and a 3 mile walk/run 3 days a week. Within less than 6 months lost 40 lbs, off blood pressure meds and my blood sugar normalized. I now only eat largely one meal a day and im easily maintaining my weight a year later and my blood pressure is 112/62 now.

I'm 36, I quit caffeine and alcohol. I started exercising for 30mins 5 times a week- mostly walking and yoga. I started taking Irish sea moss, raw garlic, and a magnesium supplement, last was lots of prayer.
BP is normal now.

Had a BP of 165/102 but started a 15-20min daily workout of HIIT training. My diet was good but high BP runs in my family but after 4 weeks of exercise BP went down to 130/78.

Losing weight alone is a big help. I lost 40lbs in 4 months and my BP went down to 90/70.... it got so low my doctor asked me to remove my meds... after a month, my BP became normal without meds now... but I still need to continue to eat and live healthy or else my BP might go up again.

throughout my 20s I ate alot of savoury foods I was a big meat eater and love fast food and snacks, got to a point in my 30s where I'm happy in my career and got too comfortable, 4 weeks ago I went to San Francisco for a holiday (originally live in the UK) after a usual big meal I felt like I was floating and couldnt feel my legs and arms as well as my vision got extra blurry as if nothing is real. Fast forward to the UK I started having palpitations for every meal I had, then chest pains then dizziness. Turns out my cholesterol was high, took my BP and the highest was 160/110 I felt like dying. So I switched to a Mediterranean diet, eating fish mostly, fruits and veggies that are heart healthy. My BP went down from my usual 130/80 to 110/74 in 3 weeks. I am slowly adding working out mainly cardio. It really does hit like a truck when you realise youre getting older and cant eat anything unhealthy, health is definitely wealth and I aint dying over some chicken wings. Fuck that

I am actually on the same dropped sugar, salt, caffeine, started listening to calming music, massaging my neck under the jaw, went to the gym doing cardio and generally calmed down, also added fresh garlic to my diet and effects of that appeared in less than a week.... unbelievable.... thanks for sharing your story

I lowered my blood pressure naturally, too by 20 points, but I did it a little differently. I added workouts 4 to 5 times a week. I eat healthy and a whole food plant based diet, but I added 3 to 4 tablespoons of flaxseedmeal a day. Also, now eat oatmeal daily with one-half teaspoon cinnamon. Added 400 MG of magnesium a day along with super beet chews. I am also working to lose a few pounds. This is what has worked for me. I am 74 and am on no medications.

My blood pressure was at the top of the upper normal range and I was put on meds years ago. I have tried all your suggestions. I did eventually get my pressure down to normal but I still take a very low dose of one BP med which I am now trying to eliminate. To show you how different people are I will briefly tell you what did and did not work for me. The first thing I tried was regular heavy cardio for many months and amazingly it DID NOT affect my BP at all! I then restricted salt, caffeine and alcohol significantly with only mild results, almost not worth the effort. I then changed my meds numerous times with only one new drug being effective but I discontinued it because of severe and unacceptable side effects. Then I tried yoga and meditation which had only mild effects. Finally I realized that my real problem was STRESS, my reaction to stressful situations and my natural tendency to be a prefectionist and a worry wart! Being aware of this and changing by behavior helped significantly and my BP had been pretty good for a long time now. I still exercise and eat well. I aim to eliminate the med completely due to what I believe is the damage it does to the body. Thanks for your video.

Recently went to the doctor for a skin cancer, only to discover my blood pressure was 166/97! As a very healthy person, I was shocked but chose to take matters into my own hands, and immediately began to supplement with potassium chloride (1000mg, twice a day). Literally, my blood pressure dropped to 131/76 by the second day of doing this. There is simply no way you can eat 4700mg worth of potassium everyday (15 bananas, or how about 11 cups of leafy greens a day?). Getting half from your diet and the other half from a supplement is cheap, easy and very safe.

My blood pressure was 157/98 earlier. I’m 36, 5”9 95 kg. Had like shortness of breath, and was tired and had tingling feelings all over earlier. I’m going on a one meal a day 3 times workout a week starting tomorrow. Wish me luck!

My blood pressure trigger is daily drinking. My blood pressure was frequently over 145/90, I quit drinking for a month and my blood pressure came down to 115/78. It took a couple of weeks before it started lowering, but I felt so much better.

Im 33, I always exercised my whole life, cardio and HIIT and martial arts. But I always drinked beers on the weekends, and they were not few beers. Ever since the pandemic I got some personal issues, I moved from my old house and I started get some depression, more alcohol and a very bad lack of sleep. I recently discovered I have high bp because my dad (whos 66) has a house monitor. I also have BAD anxiety. My BP averages, 138/75, but I am an Wim Hof practitioner and two weeks ago I started to turn it around. Every meditation session my BP drops 20 or so points, then it goes back up during the day. I also started fasting, drinking less cooffee, and getting my sleep schedule right. I dont think I damaged my system, I think I can recover, but its certainly frightening. These days I started to get a little headache. I think the trigger for me is bad sleep and anxiety, but Im on my journey to get it right too.

I was on blood pressure medication for over a decade and I was getting sicker, and my doctor was telling me what to eat and I was gaining weight and getting sicker and they would just give me more meds. Eventually, I started studying nutrition because I was basically dying And I stopped eating green products and highly processed foods and sugary fruit and starch. Come on my doctor had me eating oatmeal and a smoothie every day with a yogurt and a banana and an apple which is a ridiculous amount of sugar. So I stopped eating carbs basically and processed food And within about three months my blood pressure was fine so I started weaning myself off the meds and it’s been two years now and I have the blood pressure of a healthy 20 year-old at 55 years old and after that I lost a bunch of weight and I’ve had problems with my liver and my thyroid and that’s all gone now I have no signs of any disease in my body, I just took my blood pressure and it’s 119/69. I’ve gotten rid of all my medication‘s. Basically processed food and the way they tell us to eat excessive amounts of sugar and starches and grain products is basically poisoning us, and there are literally thousands and thousands of people out there but the medical industry attacks them in the pharmaceutical industry attacks them and pharmaceutical industry owns all the medical associations and training facilities And peer reviewed publish studying associations and organizations and they don’t teacher doctors nutrition and they have no clue what they’re doing including those that call themselves nutritionist and they’re telling us to eat garbage. I’ve been eating that way for two years now and I still have no signs of any disease in my body. I’m not deficient in any nutrients And the only thing my doctor can find wrong with me with the comprehensive blood test is my LDL cholesterol is a little high, but if you study cholesterol and heart disease, LDL cholesterol is not bad cholesterol does not cause heart disease it damage to cholesterol that causes heart disease And it’s not the cholesterol it’s the lipid protein cells that transport it. They get damaged and caused the heart disease and they get damaged by the seed oils and the toxins in the grain products and processed food chemicals and oxidative stress from eating too much sugar and they tell us to eat about 10 to 15 times the amount of sugar every day that we should ever eat in a day. The carbohydrate is not a nutrient. It’s just a measurement of sugar in the food And we shouldn’t be eating that much and carbs aren’t the same and they keep telling us all this food is super food or healthy and it’s not. They’re just lying to us to sell us crappy food that is very profitable and easy for them to produce like potatoes and apples and bananas And all the sugary fruit and starchy vegetables, those things sell really well because they’re loaded with sugar and they’re genetically modified and didn’t even exist. A few hundred years ago, what we call an apple is not an apple those little sour crab apples or what an apple is supposed to be they just genetically modified it to where it’s got tons of sugar in it now and taste good and it’s huge and pretty, but it also causes massive amounts of oxidative stress and the nutrients in it are pretty much non-bioabsorbable and it’s garbage food. It’s basically candy now, same with bananas, peaches, watermelon almost everything. There are some low sugar, fruits, avocado, and tomato being the best but you can eat a little strawberry or raspberry or blueberry but you don’t want to do it every day like the government and medical associations. Tell you just have it periodically and give yourself a few days to recover and have small amounts like a quarter of a cup or one or two strawberries or the occasional slice of watermelon but we just sit there and eat tons of the crap and they tell us to eat something like 300 carbs per day that’s ridiculous I need about 20 or 30 at most. And I’m not missing any nutrients my doctor thinks I’m crazy for eating this way, but he runs my blood and everything is pretty much perfect and not just in the healthy ranges on the optimal side of all the healthy ranges and there’s nothing he can suggest to improve my diet other than he wants to lower my cholesterol, but Cholesterol doesn’t cause heart disease it’s damaged, lipid proteins cells from all the sugar and the grain products in the process food and when you eliminate these things that caused the inflammation and oxidative stress magically 95% of disease goes away because 95% of what we called disease as a reaction to excessive amounts of oxidative stress and inflammation caused by the crap we eat. I had two friends that were married and they both have extremely high blood pressure and are on all kinds of meds and I got them to start eating this way, and the same thing about four or five months later they were able to quit their meds and their blood pressure was fine and their doctors out there teaching this but the main stream establishment controlled the big Pharma doesn’t like to tell people this stuff because if everybody started eating this way, 90% of doctors would have to go find another job because we wouldn’t be sick enough to need them also most of the pharmaceutical, and if she would go away because most of the meds don’t really work and they just treat symptoms but never cure you. There are a few drugs out there that actually work, but things like statins are a joke, most of the hormones and stuff we take or just treating symptoms that we could easily cure by not eating garbage and the doctors that treat people by changing their diet to eat this way cure about 8990% of their patients get them off the drugs completely and wish them well in life because they’re now healthy and don’t have disease in their body. Your average doctor just keeps writing prescriptions and having you come in every few months to verify you still have your disease which pretty much always will if you follow traditional medicine because they don’t tear it, they just medicate it.

Your blood pressure is not supposed to be low all the time your body will jack it up when it needs to flow more blood and that’s normal your blood pressure supposed to be taken at rest. In fact, when they do the testing to set the standards, they have people sit in a dark room Breathing deeply coming down for about 15 to 20 minutes before they take their blood pressure that’s when 120/80 is optimal and that number is wrong normal blood pressure is between 120/80 and 140/90. That’s the normal range, but eight or 10 years ago I don’t remember it they just revised the standard so they can put people on more medication‘s and there’s no clinical data that shows blood pressure up to 140 is dangerous. They just moved the bar so they could call that hypertensive but you said have to be over 140 to be hypertensive and when you read the clinical data, the healthiest people normally test closer to 140 than 120 and if your blood pressure is 140/90 you’re fine and you’re well with a normal ranges, but they just change the standard so they could sell us meds and when you look at the clinical data, the people with blood pressure in the high 130s are fine and in fact, die at a lower rate and have less heart disease than people with lower blood pressure but the company selling us the drugs are the companies telling us what normal is and they pick and choose little parts of the study and twist it into a sales tool, but when you read the data, it’s clear your LDL cholesterol can go up to something like 180 and the people with slightly elevated LDL cholesterol die less and get less heart disease but they don’t tell doctors that and the doctors don’t read the data they just do what the pharmaceutical companies tell them to do which is call LDL bad cholesterol and if it’s over 100 prescribe Staten so they get $10-$20, 000 a year per patient subsidized by the government. It’s a scam and if you read the actual clinical data meet help secure heart disease you need plenty of salt need to stay away from the oatmeal and the sugary fruits like your doctor tells you to eat and the grain products and processed food as a joke. Even the stuff market is health food and everybody should just stop eating it and even if people just stop eating processed food you get rid of probably 75% of our disease and the need for these huge expensive pharmaceutical and medical industries.

I am on the same situation, trying to lower my blood pressure naturally. Stopped eating out restaurants food and sticking to vegetables, salads and lean chicken. I also started cardio again and seeing big improvements. It seems if a do cardio before going to bed, the benefits carry over to the next day; 118/80, with 60 pulse. I also cut drastically my alcohol intake, no more mindless drinking, now I drink on celebration ocations, trying to lose 10 lbs gained during the COVID fiasco. Anyway, in just a week a see big difference.

I'm retired, 70 years old and have been borderline on hypertension most of my adult life. About 2 months ago, I started taking L-Citrulline every morning. Dosing varies per person, but at the dose I take - more than the recommended 3 grams per day - my BP went from around 145/90, long term, to around 108/68 in the morning. I've seen as low as 98/65. In the evening it gets to about 125/75. I get a lot of exercise - I telemark ski in the Wasatch (Utah) almost all above 8000' and I've noticed an increase in endurance as well that I suspect is a result of the greater levels of nitric oxide.
Do your own research, but I have yet to find any interactions or dangers (other than don't take with Viagra - and I can see why!). 😁
