So, it's impingement! good to know, I was worried I had ripped my rotator cuff, but good info, thanks muchly. Bahhaaaa, arthritis, gotta keep it all moving.

Hi guys, i fell of my bike about 7 weeks ago. . Hurt like hell. .felt a cruch or something . Anyway alot better now .generally no pain during day .some at night. But it hurts at back end off stroke as i start to bring the arm up and out of the water to over the water heading towards the front end. That whete most pain lies in the shoulder front. Must be internal rotation there at that point. Any thoughts on an exercise specific for this
