I have this shoulder pain (on the frontal round part of my left shoulder) for a couple of weeks and it got worsened this week - due to a heavy bicep curl workout.

I'm just worried - can this be treated on its own? The thought of any kind of surgery frightens me to the point - I may give up all kinds of workout altogether.

Please help.

I think I let my shoulder impingement go too long without getting therapy. I have done all these but have accepted the fact it will be chronic.
