I got an impingement on my right shoulder from doing dips, now I went from doing dumbbell presses with 110lbs per side to struggling with 25lbs. 😔
Stretching and strengthening the rotator cuff has helped tremendously with the pain, but it seems like it’s gonna be a long road ahead to recovery.
Any additional tips will be well received .

Very professional! Well done! After doing the stretches I practiced the movements for the A and W presses while I was standing and even that was activating most of those muscles. Good talk-through.
