In this class we will be strengthening the muscles of the legs and pelvis, releasing tension from the lower back and hips, connecting with the breath , with yourself and with your baby.
Enjoy this class throughout the pregnancy in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester and modify it accordingly to your needs. Remember to listen to your body and to take as much rest as you need. If you never practiced yoga before take it really slowly and easily.
