Man, I love how true she is when is doing the workout. I mean she's not trying to make the video looking very easy and she's suffering like us all. This thing makes me feel better when doing the workout idk :)))

Full workout:
1 min: dead bug *lay on back, lower opposite hand with opposite knee and make sure your back is flat on the ground*
20 sec rest
1 min: slow butterfly crunch *controlled crunch with knees bent and open to take less pressure off hip flexors, look up to take strain off neck*
20 sec rest
1 min: plank *keep hips and butt curled in, straighten back from neck to butt, can alternate from hands to elbows*
20 sec rest
1 min: star crunch *stay in hollow position with back flat on the ground and bring hands to ankles in crunching position, then out again to starfish position*
20 sec rest
1 min: controlled bicycle crunch *keep back flat on ground with hands behind your hand, then alternate bringing elbow into opposite knee
20 sec rest
1 min: slow hip raise *lay with forearms flat on ground along your torso, then lift straighten legs together in the air with your hips, make sure to use your and to lift hips and not momentum*
20 sec rest
1 min: bear crawl w/ knee tips *get on hands and knees, then lift knees off ground and alternate tapping hand to opposite knee, keep back straight
20 sec break
1 min: crunch twist *keep legs raised and lower back enough to feel your abs, twist hands together on each side, can lower feet as needed*
She didn't include vacuums in this but has said many times that vacuums are the key to a small waist, besides diet obviously. It might be helpful to include a 30 second vacuum at the beginning and end of the workout for an extra push.

I feel the responsibility to say that I've been doing another Vicky abs workout for a month now, I feel so happy and strong, my abs are showing. I'm switching to this one because I found the other one easy now. What I like about Vicky is that I do them with her, I feel the pain like her sometimes, but It's okay because I'm still going. She's my favorite workout youtuber.

I love that you’re very transparent with your videos, like stopping once in awhile before the timer ends, because these other gurus edit their videos to make it seem like they complete each exercises perfectly

i’ve been following vicky for five years i love seeing how much your channel has evolved 🧡 when i first started working out is when i found vicky and i did your tiny waist workout and i would only do it once and i think i did it three days in the week and at the end of the week i looked in the mirror and my waist was SNATCHED. keep doing what you’re doing 🧡🧡

Day 20 of the 21 day tiny waist challenge ayy🔥 longest and most consistent workout I’ve ever done😂 but it was a success. Went down from 32 to 31. Thanks Vicky✨

Day 1: i just completed it, my abs are on fire. i feel so good. i’m so surprised at how short yet effective it is.
Day 2: was a lot easier, i only took 3 breaks. my abs are on fire and i love it

Just found this channel yesterday! I had been using the sweat app for over a year and just got so bored of it. These videos are amazing! I love how real you are about struggling to do the workout.
