15 second rest
Russian twist 45 seconds

• High Knee Taps - 45 Seconds
• Russian Twist - 45 Seconds
• Mountain Climbers - 45 Seconds
• Bicycles - 45 Seconds
• In and Outs - 45 Seconds
• Leg Flutters - 45 Seconds

15 seconds rest of each workout
2 minutes rest of each round

I stopped doing abs a few months ago but I started to do this series workout and I can already see the results.. Hope you can do this kind of series for arms or something like that 🤙💪
