Your Day 1 yoga practice is about setting the tone for your journey by establishing ease. We clear the slate and start fresh welcoming soft stretching, gentle core awakening, and a beginner's mind. Move with ease and set yourself up for a smooth ride in this low to the ground yoga practice.

Practice Ease and implement Sukha into your training. Tend to that "good space" on your mat. Open your mind and your heart! Starting off nice and slow. Stay committed - this story is full of twists and turns. You will want to make it to the last 7 days. Let's do it.

I have suffered from depression for 4 years now, and recently started following your videos. I need to tell you that in that first sukhasana today, I felt absolute bliss, coming from inside me, that I hadn't felt in a long long time. I can't think of any better way to start the new year. Thank you so much Adriene.

in a completely different timeline from this series being released, but i'm glad to find this video on the October 2023 Ease schedule. I have decided to continue on with this Revolution because I need it. I look forward to continuing this series and starting this wonderful commitment. Let's revolutionize ourselves and the way we show up in this world! Namaste dear ones.

At the end of this practice I got emotional because I used to do yoga regularly but then I stopped because of my depression which included lack of motivation for the activities I love. Finishing this practice even though my thoughts drifted to what I need to accomplish next, I teared up because I actually got my self on the mat and finished this whole practice! I am so grateful for your videos Adriene, you are my hero, lots of love from Canada <3 Namaste!

1 March 2022, starting today after completing the “Move” series. I am so sooo proud of myself for completing the series and having the courage to start a new one. And Adriene, I am so grateful to you for leading us to this beautiful journey ❤️

Started this one again, I'm trying to love myself which I find incredibly hard as I have suffered with sexual and physical abuse my whole childhood, now that I'm 30 and my daughter has turned 3 I have been finding it increasingly difficult with the emotional stress I am under as I see what an innocent soul a child really is and it makes me sick to my stomach thinking about my traumatic experiences and the Evil of people, I can barely cope with life at the moment and I have gained alot of weight :( which makes me feel even more worthless.
Adrienne even though I don't know you I just want to say I love you and I love your kind heart, thank you for making me cry, allowing me to release emotions during my first yoga session years ago, I Really needed that! Sighs* I was blown away when I was sitting on my mat looking at my hands and toes, I bawled out crying because wow for once I felt love for me and the inner child that I want so desperately to protect. Thank you, you beautiful person for showing me how and why.

This was a awesome. I'm a naturally anxious person and I have ADHD and PTSD and so trying to relax is always something I'm continuously working at. I'm doing the Yoga Revolution series as well as the Yoga Camp series. And I feel great!!! Adriene always fills each video with inspiration, and body checks all while not over talking which I feel is hard for many other youtubers. Yoga with Adriene along with meditation (apps like headspace and calm) as well as cleaning up my vegan diet has really allowed me to live more of a care free life. I hope everyone else is enjoying the series as well. Thanks Adriene.

I fell asleep. Wow what a completely new approach to Yoga- moving with Sukha- ease. I had been stretching and cranking my limbs for 6months & today I realised it was the reason of my stiff, aching back.

So from now on I am taking Sukha to my all day body movements. No more popping my joints. I will just breathe in and relax it all.

I fell asleep today just after closing the eyes in rest pose. 🙏
