Join in for a 30 minute DUMBBELL SCULPT WORKOUT to strengthen from head to toe! All you need is a medium set of dumbbells and a mat beneath you. Today's workout is LOW IMPACT with both standing and floor exercises. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

- Medium set of dumbbells (I'll be using 8 lbs)

Excellent workout! Love the Compound moves. Please add a warm- up & cool down(otherwise I would never do those). I would definitely do a 35 minute workout with those included. Keep up the excellent work!

I usually aim for the 20 minute workouts because that seems to be all I can squeeze in, but I got this one in today and loved it!! Love the no repeats so I don't get bored AND low impact!

This is the best Full Body workout!! I felt challenged and strong throughout the entire workout and, I love how it also has that element of cardio in it with the squats and lunges. Great workout!! Week 4/Day 2 March Calendar Choose Your Own Adventure 2023 is done ✔️
