Join me for a 30 minute DUMBBELL SCULPT FULL BODY WORKOUT to strengthen from head to toe. Some exercises will be done with dumbbells and some without. Today I'll be using two 10 LB weights and a mat. I've also included a super quick warm up and cool down for todays routine. Intervals are 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest during the workout. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

My husband and I love your workouts as active 71year olds. One suggestion that would make your workouts more accessible for us would be to leave the modified exercises up for the entire 45 seconds. When the modified ones disappear half way through, we find it a bit difficult to continue on without being distracted by the harder example. 🙏

I really like the way you check in for proper workout positions and how you talk about which muscles we should be feeling. I do prefer your videos with a warm up and cool down. I do your workouts almost everyday.

I particularly appreciate the slow salsa vibes you put in the beginning of hte workout !!! Love this kind of music when I workout and it's so rare to see in on YouTube videos ! I would love a full body workout with full true salsa music !

I love how you calmly talk us through it…it helps with constantly checking our form. This was a great workout after being off for 2 weeks due to a sore lower back.
