Join me for a 30 minute FULL BODY WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen from head to toe. Some movements will be with dumbbells and some without. Today I'll be using two 10 LB weights. The warm up and cool down will also be included. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest during the workout. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

I was recently told by my doctor to stop high impact exercise as I have a bad hip (getting old) she said to focus on weight training, so I have been following your videos for a while now and they are so fantastic. I never knew I could feel so worked out without the high intensity of cardio! Totally got my sweat on! Thanks so much, can't wait to do more x

Whew! I'm wiping the sweat off my brow! Would love it if you could add a few 40 minute strength videos - 30 minutes lifting plus 5 warm up and 5 cool down.

I'm 65 and recovering from a torn meniscus. While I had to modify a few of the exercises, this was exactly what I needed to get back on the training path. The workout was varied, easy to scale, if needed, calming, and your reminders came at just the right time. I will definitely be returning!

Just finished for my first workout of 2023 and the first of the 8 week challenge! I've never felt more relief than when I heard 'this is the second to last move' but I'm also proud of myself for sticking through it without too many modifications or breaks 😁
