10 min arms and core workout | Follow along with no equipment at home.

Hello everyone!

I hope you are all great!

Today we have an upper body focused workout along with core strengthening movements to hit the shoulders, triceps and abdominal muscles (abs).

All you need is a mat and 10 minutes of time!

Please remember to make this workout to work for you so drop to knees when needing to, perform more reps if you can or complete 20 minutes if you feeling like you fancy an advanced version!

The exercises are performed one after another for 30 seconds each.

Push ups
Shoulder taps
Plank up and down
Staggered push ups
Alternating leg raise plank
Downward dog to cobra
Hips up and down
Plank tricep
Plank rear delt raise
Walkouts to push up

Focus on quality of reps over quantity and endure core is stable and muscles engaged! Also, don’t forget to use those legs by keeping quads tight during any plank position!

It would be even better if there were 5 sec of break from one workout to another with "up next" showing so we can prepare ourselves without loosing seconds of a countdown. I see you improved that in your newest workouts posted, well done . I like your channel !

I just did the all-plank workout video the other day and noticed that my arms were getting just as tired (if not more so) than my abs - seeing a few of the same exercises in this video explains everything 😁. Another great workout!
