This workout was a highly requested one so I hope it will make you feel your arms & abs a loooot!
Our Upper Body is a part of the body that needs so much attention and the right strength exercises to avoid back pain and support a good posture. The combination of different arm exercises and ab exercises such as push ups and planks will give your upper body a nice tone & shape. It's only 10 minutes long and a lot of fun, believe me :)
You can follow me along during these 10 minutes (30 seconds on each exercise without breaks) but if your arms start to scream, you can take a little break and perform the exercises in the right way :) After some time it will get easier, I promise.
