Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. YouTubers optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.

It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

you have no idea how perfect timing this program is for me!! I got in great shape using your programs in 2020, but this last year and a half my life changed in a bunch of ways and i stopped taking care of myself. Every time i tried to get into working out again i would do something really long and difficult to try to make up for lost time, but then id quit immediately. just yesterday i was browsing your website for something as low commitment as possible to try and prioritize building up consistency and making working out a habit again. That’s when i saw this 20 minute a day challenge released that very day! so now i get to do the challenge as it comes out, which is extra rewarding and really makes me want to keep at it. Thank you chloe!

I absolutely love love this challenge, I’m on day two and I have to say this is by far your best! Even if I don’t feel motivated, I just tell myself “it’s just 20 minutes” and I do it, but by the end of the 20 minutes, I find myself wanting to do more! This is great, love the 20 min formula. I might apply it for myself in future challenges eg only doing 20-30 mins and ingnore any other video after my time is complete. It's what has gottet me to quit so many times in the past, the thought that I have to complete all the videos otherwise I won't get the results I aim for. After all consistent mediocrity is far better than volatile amazing.

Chloe, I absolutely love your videos ❤ and do your workouts all the time but this is the first challenge of yours that I know I‘ll actually follow through. 💪🏻 Until now, sadly I have given up challenges after one or two days because they took too much time every day. But the “Daily 20” has the perfect length for me! 😍 I can easily implement it into my everyday-life. Please offer more challenges with shorter times! 🕰️ 30 min daily would also be perfect.
