I’m not kidding, I did this arm workout 3 days a week for a month and my arms have changed DRASTICALLY. I couldn’t even do a push up, and now I can. Now my arms are a little more toned and slim.

honestly if I could have anyone's body, I would choose yours. you're muscular, but not too much... and you're also not too skinny. YOU HAVE THE PERFECT BODY!!! do you ever incorporate cardio in, as well? or do you only stick to these workouts?

I’ve been doing this, her booty workout, and her six pack an workout every night for just over a month now. I gotta say ladies...it’s working. It’s not like I have a whole new body, and I’ve always been pretty muscular, just with a little layer of fat that builds up if I don’t workout often. I’ve gotten thicker and thinner in all the right places :) everything is more toned and you cant see the lines on my abs yet but you can see them. My shoulders and arms are visibly muscular and my butt is tighter and my thighs are skinnier. Keep up whatever you’re doing because it will pay off, it just takes time! Be patient! I like to watch tv with the workout on my phone just for the timer bc I have them all memorized by now so it doesn’t really interfere with my day. And I get less bloated and I feel better and more confident! Go get em girls :)

I did this Workout for a month, whenever I don't have time to go to the gym. I do it 3 times a week, and I really see results, now I’m strong enough to do even push-ups (not on knees anymore haha) :)
