2 months ago, I had to stop at squat jump...and yesterday I could do 2 sets!!!! I was so happy! my goal is 3 sets...hopefully I can reach the goal in a month or so. Thanks, Rebecca!

People - although the vid appears to be clickbait (and it kinda is anyway) - it IS actually true!

If one workout burns 150 Kcal (which are KILO calories, that we usually refer to in our "everyday language" ), and you do it every day of the week:

150*7= 1050 Kcal

Calculate this into calories instead of KILO calories:

1050*1000= 1 050 000 calories = ONE MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND CALORIES
