Went from 192 ( post honeymoon ) to 172 ( 2 and a half months later ). Just by eating at home 5 days a week, and hitting the gym. Started using a pre-workout and waking up earlier.
I believe the combination of waking up early, and making my own meals had flipped me from a calorie surplus to a calorie deficit! I have 2 months before I leave for basic military training!

Also throw in beans, nuts, seeds and dark leafy greens for you vegetarians out there. Many people under estimate how much protein is actually packed into greens.
