Dr. Liu is the co-founder of NACPro+, dedicated to optimizing immunity and wellness.

Dr. Liu graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1998 and is Double Boarded in Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine. She is licensed in the state of California.

This channel is separate from Dr. Liu’s duties as Attending Medical Staff @ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and as Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. The views on this channel are her own.

New subscriber. I'm in remission, but I will finish 18 months of triple-negative breast cancer treatment in May 2024. I'm so grateful for finding this channel as I really want to focus on food as prevention. Cancer sucks and I want to do everything possible in my power to prevent recurrence. Thank you for such great information. This is by far the best info shared in a language non medical folks like me can understand and pass on. Grateful.

if anyone is reading this, make sure you implement bittermelon, bittermelon leaves, and moringa in your diet. Those are in the asian diet.

This is a wonderful video. I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer yesterday and I turn 40 in May. My doctor told me that it was directly related to over stress and processed foods. Thankfully mine is only stage 2 and it's a very small spot but I still have 6-9 months of chemo and surgery. GO GET CHECKED.

I grow a purple cherry tomato that is so sweet, my family raids my garden and eats them right off the vine. ( I am an organic Gardner so we don't use pesticides or chemicals. Diatomaceous earth only. The other items are my snap sugar peas.. I can grow enough of them. Zucchini and string beans are tied for 3rd place and are usually gone before my grown children visiting make it to the doorway Absolutely no complaints from this mama. My family are getting good while foods and a wonderful snack too ❤

Emphasis is to eat more veggies and fruits, avoid processed/poisoned food, (including rice amd bread), excess carbs and sugars, or fad/extreme diets.

Really appreciate your knowledgeable advice very helpful since I am 62 years old and fighting breast cancer. My profile picture is my husband and I holding our youngest grand daughter. Already my growth has shrunk to a quarter the size by only eating these and other healthy foods and cutting out processed and bad carbs. You are a life saver Thank you!!
