Does the size of marble or its properties have a training effect? Is smaller better? Is rubber ball better?

I currently have a golf ball, a rubber triggerpoint ball which is slightly larger than the golfball, and a rumbleroller spike ball that is larger than the other two. What do I use if I don't have a marble?

Is it okay when doing squats and other things to squeeze the toes like this? I've been watching your videos lately, and stretch my big toe a a lot and squeezing my toes like you are here with a marble and its really helping my knee pain. 3 days and I feel like I'm regaining my youthfulness .

i have finally achieved the glute activation while standing with one leg doing the marble exercise.
my simulation=pick up the marble with one feet and draw with my lifted feet, numbers from 1 to 50: and when i reach number40=>i felt a powerful glute activation...then i was like: coach chong xie was right ! with a little tears of joy & ecstasy for reaching this level.

hops & toe curls didn't activate my glutes (just hamstrings & achilles tendons), but the marble exercise for me is perfection!
coach you're great, and i will never forget what you did for us: amateur athletes.😭❤
