I grew +3cm in my late 20s and I realised the only thing I did these years was yoga!

This yoga routine opens up our chest, back, spine and legs! Everything! Not only it's great for height increasing, its also a great full body stretch to tone up our body!

after 3 weeks update:
I got my periods after 2 days i started this so I couldn’t do it lmao. I started it again but i was on a vacation at that time so i did it on and off. If i guess out of 21 days i did this for at least 13 days. I have grown 3 cm. I was 147 cm now i am 150. It’s definitely helpful if you have a bad posture like me or just want to stretch your body really good.👍🏻

I'll give my very honest opinion 😁 so you can try if this worked 💗
I'm currently 155.5cm
Day 1- ✔️(morning one time)
Day 2- ( I had to go somewhere so it wasn't possible for me to workout)
Day 3-✔️(morning one time)
Day 4-✔️(morning one time)
Day 5-✔️(morning one time)
No change in height at all let's see what happens 😬
Day 6-(Hey guys I'm on my periods...😿 I guess I'll continue this after 5 days)

Ok so let me tell you guys I did grow 2 centimeters so I’m 164cm now it really helped and I recommend anyone who wants to grow taller you should definitely try it.😊

And besides it really helps to relax your muscles 💪
So I decided to do this for 7 more days just because it feels so good and relaxing ☺️ so yeah

Yoga are really great for the body. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
