OTHER WAYS TO GROW TALLER

The most important thing to reaching your full genetic height potential is to get adequate SLEEP. While we are asleep our body produces HGH (Human Growth Hormone) which helps our bones and muscles grow. Once we become adults the production of HGH reduces dramatically however there are natural ways you can boost your HGH levels and increase your height.

Gonna give this a try :
Age : 17
Height: 177cm (5'9)
Goal: 183cm (6'0)
Dad's height: 178cm
Mom's height: 163cm
Gonna genuinely update every 2 weeks.

UPDATE: I DONT THINK ANYONE IS SEEING THIS BUT STILL. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF STRETCHING I GREW 1cm WHICH IM PROUD OF. NOW IM 5'10. (p.s I did all the stretches on this vid and one more called COBRA POSE which I think helped quite a bit)

UPDATE 2: I grew half a centimeter. I'm 178 1/2 cm now. I've also been doing the exercises for more than 40 seconds each since the beginning. And I've never done the jump rope one.

UPDATE 3: I'm 179 cm now. I also forgot to mention that I only stretched 6 times a week usually at 11 AM.

UPDATE 4: Still 179cm. :( I might only continue till I'm 180 cm cuz I can't do them, only to grow 1 cm a month, I don't have time like that and It hurts. When I'm 180 I'll update (if I ever will be :| )
p.s I injured my ankle playing football so I did skip like 5 days or so.

1:35 Feet together, grab your ankles. Hold for 30 sec

2:18 Slowly stand up, like you're stacking up Jenga, from the bottom to the top. *Visualize*

2:36 Straighten your spine, relax then look up so you're engaging your neck, chin should be parallel to ground.

3:10 Slowly raise hands up and get onto tippy toes and continue stretching. Hold for 30 sec.
Bring your arms down, frontwards.

5:10 Stretch out shoulders:bend elbow at 90° and rest it against the wall, forearm resting on surface, and press forward into it, feel your shoulder moving backwards.

6:10 Lats and obliques: (right) front leg bent at 90° angle foot pointing frontwards, (left) back leg straight pointing parallel to front. Rest right arm on (right) front leg and stretch the left side by leaning towards the right side. Repeat with the left side.

6:37 Lay on your stomach, raise legs, arms behind you as though you want to touch your heel from behind. Neck straight, chin parallel to the ground. Hold for 30 relax. Repeat a few times

7:33 lie on your back, arms flat at your side, hands palms down. Bend knees, soles of feet flat on the floor. Press upward with your hips and ensure your torso us straight as possible. Hold for 30 sec

8:15 lie on back, cross one leg over the other, turn your head in the opposite direction and reach with your hand. Repeat on other side. Stretches lower back and spine.

9:12 sit up, back straight, do a half spilt, one leg bent and the other straight, try to touch your toes. Repeat next side.

9:32 stretching hamstring and quads. Assume warrior pose but rest front elbow on that leg while stretching out the back leg and inner thighs.

10:12 Jump rope

Stretching in the morning is recommended. Get eight hours of sleep.
1:30 Touch your toes for at least 30 seconds
2:12 slowly stand up with a straight back. Lift your head a little more than parallel to the ground.
3:04 slowly lift your hands and reach for the sky
3:22 get on your toes for 30 seconds
5:05 stretch your shoulders on the wall
5:57 stretch lats and thighs
6:34 just kind of reach like that for 30 seconds
7:27 stretch your lower back for 30 seconds
8:14 I don’t know anymore
9:09 Touch your toes while sitting. Keep a straight back.
9:27 do this kind of stretch.
10:00 do jump rope exercises.

Ok so apparently Im the only REAL short person here. Imma start doing this.
Age: 16
Current Height: 5'2 (157 cm)
Goal Height: 5'10 (177 cm)
(Seems unrealistic but I think I can do it with time.)
I'm starting today on November 10 so I will update this on December 10 when it will officially be a month of exercise. Please remind me by liking this or commenting on it whenever you guys can.

Update: It is finally december 10th, thank you all for being patient. I did infact grow! I grew around half an inch. Which is 1cm. So now I am 158cm! That doesn't seem like a lot but keep in mind I haven't grown since I was 12.
It could be more though. I realized that there were a lot of things I was doing wrong during these 30 days that really affected that growth too. I will be avoiding them for my next 30 days but for now let me point out my flaws.
-Little to no sleep! I have really bad insomnia and I was only getting 1-4 hours of sleep and it wasn't even a continuos sleep it was all broken out through out the day. (I got medicine for it so hopefully that will help.)
-I was only eating 1 meal a day. This one meal wasn't even a proper meal it was literal ramen.
-Not drinking enough water. I drank like 2 cups a day if I even remembered to drink water.
-I stopped exercising for days at a time due to school work so I would forget to.
So for these next 30 day I will be fixing all of that and then updating the progress to see if these changes will improve my growth. Next update will be on the 10th of january! Hopefully I will grow more!!

Update: I am here to apologise to you guys as this is not another height update but I will no longer be updating. I am currently dealing with a lot of stuff regarding my personal life and I really want to focus on fixing lost connections and getting back on my feet rather than focusing on a dream about finally being tall. I might come back and start over but it doesn't seem like it for now. I do want to thank you guys for all of the support and all of the people who came along and stayed. I'm Sorry that this was short. Again, thank you!

14 year old here and 5'4 gonna update every month!

September update: I am now 5'5. I wasn't able to do these stretches due to our school just starting.... However some factors such as having enough sleep, staying hydrated, consuming plenty of nutrition (mostly meat and dairy), and getting enough sunlight helped me grew by an inch in a month.
