So true! I stopped eating after dinner and it has helped my weight and my digestive issues! Once I got used to it I didn't even feel hungry anymore. I used to always feel hungry in the late evening. 😀

Being part of a health tribe helps me avoid less than ideal choices. I also find eating protein, fat, and fiber at each meal helps me feel full.

Anytime the kids are sleeping is high risk for me too! Also going so long with no food or scarfing it down so kids don’t fall apart but then not feeling full. Such good content! You mentioned a full plan can you link it for me?

Great tips, I always knew that fiber was important but didn't realize that when our stomach stretches it sends hormones to the brain that tells us we're full - that makes so much sense!

For me it’s about having a very strong will and refraining from eating all the foods I have a food allergy from whic is pretty much everything. 😞😒 Wheat, dairy, gluten, almonds, egg whites, and all citrus foods. It’s so hard to avoid the ones like wheat, dairy, gluten and almonds because practically everything has some form of those in its ingredients. I do eat them but in moderation but I noticed it backs me up more easily so I have to eat a lot of veggies to make me go and get it all out. It sucks. So hard to loose this baby weight. 😖
