Future moms: Don’t put your body on a timer, if you try to cut as much processed junk as you can afford within your budget, drink lots of water and keep moving around, you’ll lose the weight if you’re not happy with it. You may feel a huge sense of being in a strangers body or angry that you feel like you don’t have your old body anymore. It’s ok to feel that way. But you’ll do great. I went from a Large during pregnancy to XL-2X postpartum, a year later I’d lost about half that weight and two years after his birth I’m actually down to a size Medium, which I haven’t fit in over 10 years. So don’t trip mama you’ll get there. Take care of yourself first tho

First baby and the bounce back was 17 days and I looked like myself. Baby 2 a decade later (I weighed less before I had my second) but it takes a bit longer. She’s 4 months old and I think at 6 months I’ll be close to looking like me. Not in a rush. Enjoying my baby.

This is how I will look after my children. She had a healthy diet and also had to gym. Look at the last results...she's wripped. It's hard work but worth it. Remember its never too late. Start with yoga. Then when that gets easy level up to light gym. When that gets boring...level up....you can do this!!!

My neighbour upstairs had a baby so I went there with a gift and I didn't know anything about birth or how the body changes (I was almost 24 but never exposed to these things), after seeing her big tummy I asked if there is another baby inside and she smiled and said no no we exercise and then it goes away slowly. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂
