People confuse imbalance with weak balancing muscles. You can have muscle imbalances and still have control over your movements.

Need a detailed vid on handstand kick up when I imagine to kick up against the wall it feel so easy... But when I actually try to do it... it seems terrifying Im not even exaggerating. It's been so long my fear is holding me back and I'd say I've not even officially started my progress in handstand at all because of this... Also smth I wanna share is whenever I straighten my arms I feel weak in the hands to support... When my elbows are slightly bend I feel more secured in some way... Sorry for my bad english it's not my first language...

Athlean X did a good job making everyone paranoid about this. I like the guy but he thinks imbalances are very bad for some reason.

hmm, i kinda of disagree with this. as an obese individual training my back pain did not go away until they lift the same amount of weight unless thats not what he met. everyone online says train the core muscles make them stronger. but until i activly trained my back and my obliques my back pain did not go away . maybe this is a situtaion skinny vs obese individuals ?

But is it not an asset to be able to do the mirror of a movement with the same level of efficiency and stability?

back pain often is a result of weak core. but it’s also normal to get sore lower back after deadlifting since it gets trained too
