day 1: i am around 139lbs and 5’7
i got this! it’s okay to take breaks😅

day 2: i’m a bit sore from traveling but this is helping me feel energetic and motivated

day 3: it’s definitely getting easier to do the workouts the full 30 seconds and i’m feeling the muscles being put to WORK lol.

(recording my progress i’ll be back every day for 30 days)

day 4: did it at the end of the day and i knocked out after my shower , it’s definitely helping with my confidence and results aren’t instant. just keep in mind these things take time and keep going.

day 5: i try to watch tv while doing them now it helps me get my mind off the timer and it helps a lot. it’s a nice way to get through the workout.

day 6: skipped ❌

day 7: did this before walking my dogs then went to sleep. it’s nice to do on a busy day.

day 8: only workout i did today. i usually do a few more (from a plan)

day 9: last workout for the day to start and then i’ll be back before i go to sleep. i’m definitely feeling better about my body and my stomach is a bit flatter.

day 10: i’m sore and tired. so i did take longer breaks with some of these

day 11: skipped (❌)

day 12: the only workout i did on for “rest day”

day 13: skipped (did cardio on my schedule)

day 14: im seeing progress and it boost my mood doing these workouts. staying consistent is my issue but i’m definitely loving this.

day 15: skipped resting wasn’t feeling well

day 16: i’m doing it!

day 17: skipped but did other workouts.

day 18:: done!

skipped for a few days but
day 20: done

7.3.23: first thing in the morning!!! Got me sweat. Love the combination for abs. The flutter baat is here! I couldnt make it last time but after consistently did Ivana workout, I made it today without dropping!!!! Means stronger core. So happy!!! @Ivana, could also intro eg. 10mins cardio as part of your weekly playlist? 🙏🏼
