67yold knees, lower spine, scanned and diagnosed with wear related arthritis few years ago. Went on to tumeric with black pepper. Arthritis reduced to near zero, Mountain biking 3000ft a week🐕🚴‍♂️😉

I have RA, just recently switched from grocery store meats to farmers meat. Big difference. Also, switched from processed box to fresh greens n veggies. And im alternative...no scripts for me. Getting along pretty darn good!

Diagnosed with gout many years ago and then all those years I've never had a gout flare in my toe. I had flares in my ankles, wrist, elbow and even my jaw but never in the toe.

Ok I am 75 and have had arthritis most of my life. The things that cause an inflammation of a joint are cane sugar and wheat. Plus find out what you are allergic to very important. Not everyone is affected by nightshades. Rice meat poultry I am anaphylactic to but only became so in my 70s so possibly I was allergic to these things all along but did not have a really bad reaction. Good luck with your journey.

Im 15 and having RA . it is the worst thing ever in my life
I feel so tensed l can't tolerate the pain in my knees especially when its cold l don't know what to do or where to start
And your vidio just gave me the courage to fight against RA thanks a lot ~♥~
But its soo bad to hear that it has no medicine :-(
