The lycopene in tomatoes is not bioavailable unless the tomato is cooked. Watermelon actually has more lycopene, is extremely hydrating while also having electrolytes and requires no cooking.

Eating these foods doesn’t stop you getting Cancer. We ate them, and were otherwise fit and active. They are some of our favourite foods and still got Cancer.
I have to Guess it's the pesticides sprayed or the plastics on them.
Even though I wash them in salted water.
Any other explanation??

We have these foods mentioned here almost all the time. Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes and carrots are a must in my fridge! I have fruits such as oranges, apples and berries are the most we have at home. I also drink green tea. In fact, I drink tea when I’m very tired or don’t get enough sleep. It’s more effective than drinking coffee.
