Want to get flexible? I found the exact stretch routine I did all the way back when I started stretching and couldn't do the splits! Follow along with me daily to improve your flexibility too. Perfect for anyone trying to get flexible from beginners to advanced ♡

I started this routine yesterday and did it 2 times in the morning and evening. Although I currently have limited flexibility, I'm optimistic about the progress I'll make every two weeks, until I feel I've accomplished my goal.
I plan to stick with this routine at least six days a week, doing it twice per day.
I'll keep you posted on how it's going!

If anyone else wants to join in or share their own progress, feel free to jump on board! Let's motivate each other to reach our goals.

I love that you're posting this. I'm someone who used to have my over-splits, but then I over stretched myself, got injured and could not even touch my knees without feeling pain. I'm all healed now but i'm trying to get my splits back. If you're new to stretching, take this as a lesson to take it slow and never do a stretch if it is hurting you. If it is hurting you there is something wrong, pain is your body's way of telling you, "this isn't right, something's wrong. PLEASE STOP!!" Stretching should be kind of uncomfortable but not painful and a good uncomfortable. And fun fact if you are stretching and it is painfull, like me, not only can you lose flexibility but unlike me you could possibly pull a muscle so bad that you're not only never able two stretch again, but you could have major Immobility issues❤❤ Use this advice wisely so you don't have to learn the hard way, like I did. Trust me, it sucks having all your work go down the drain.


Edit... when I say pain.. I dont mean that good pain that you feel when stretching.. i dont mean that uncomfortable feel that you get when your felexbility is increasing..those are probably good. When I say pain I mean it hurts you and not in the good way.

(Late) Tracking progress here for 30 days!

Goals: Get my middle split and forward split on my right leg

Day 1:✅Pretty simple, a little sore after (I am also doing 2 other stretch routines + Leg hold in my bed on both sides)
Day 2:✅Sweating. Feeling good and a bit more flexible in my right leg. Got my backbend.
Day 3:✅Backbends were super painful. Hurts more than the first day. I don't feel any different. Sweating.
Day 4:✅Super easy! Nothing hurt, but I defidently felt the stretch. SUPER close to getting my front split on my right leg. Plus it is helping my leaps.
Day 5:✅Got my right split! Super happy. Aiming to try to get my middle and left split next. I defidently recommend this routine.
Day 6:✅ Super nice, I feel my leg hold getting higher. I am excited for tomorrow!
Day 7:✅ I feel pretty nice, some of the poses were harder to do bc I hurt my Telus. Improving my left leg, so far getting kinda farther down in the splits.
Day 8:✅ I wasn't feeling good today, but I still did it. Overall felt a nice stretch, and it was quite relaxing.
Day 9:✅ Super close to my middle splits! Happy about my progress so far.
Day 10:✅I am able to walk my feet closer to my arms in the backbend.
Day 11:✅Good stretch. Improved bow pose.
Day 12:✅Middle splits! I'm quite happy.

I’ve always wanted to get flexible. Two years ago I had my right oversplit but that was basically it. Randomly today I decided to start getting flexible. Did this routine and I just know it’s gonna work! If you guys could like and/or reply to keep me accountable. I will be replying to this comment every day marking the day I’m on!

I've been a dancer for almost my whole life but still dont have my splits! 😭Hoping this stretch routine will help especially with my back and hamstring flexibility! I will be doing this challenge for 2 weeks or longer if im seeing any kind of results! Please remind me everytime you see this so i can update with results!
