You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

I did the exercises for 2 weeks and I've seen a lot of difference, my legs aren't much thinner I loved it 🥰

Started: 13/7/21
Thighs: 62cm
I do this exercise 3 times a day! And hope I will have a good result!
Day1: ✅ it's still normal
Day2: ✅ it's getting hurt
Day3: ✅
Day4: ✅ (I did once because I was too busy at work)
Day5: ✅
Day6: ✅
Day7: ✅
Day8: ✅
Both thighs: 58cms (it lost 4cms)
Day9 to Day14: ✅ still 3 times a day and now my thighs are 56cms, and my mother sees the difference, I'm happy with this result. I check the process in my calendar. It works!

This is perfect for guys like me. First my thighs are 55cm and my calves are 29cm. After 3 days, my thighs became 50cm and calves 27cm. I do this every day with 3 or 5 sets / day

Just a reminder, some people it might take a longer time for. The work out can give lots of different results by the matter of body type. I did this workout for a while atleast 2 weeks in and didn't feel like anything had changed, but it's all different when you measure. I would recommend having a healthy eating basis and drink lots of water! Good luck!

day 2✅: slight difference, nothing else to really say

Ok I am gonna write here. Please like so I won't forget.
Day 1: I did all of them. My arms hurt a bit, which is normal. I feel like the first 3 exercises will not only make ur legs thinner but will reduce belly fat. I have leg fat and i want it to be reduced.
2nd day: Skipped, was busy sorry
3rd day: I am gonna shower and brb doing the exercise
