I would recommend incline on 12 and go at 3.7mph it works very good

Better off doing this or any other cardio post workout, especially if u are just beginning cause u might lose energy for rest of the workout. But if you are starting to talk yourself out of cardio during your workout and your main goal is weight loss than definitely do the cardio as soon as you get to the gym or any other time you get the motivation. Just hang in there long enough to see even partial success of your goals and your motivation will increase drastically.

Used to do this when i was losing weight, had 2 machines next to each other running. 1 for sprints at 15-20 speed and the other one at 4 speed to walk, would sprint for 30 seconds and walk for 30 seconds 10-20 times. Such a sick way to lose weight, but most of all lose fat! 10/10 recommend this

Incline at 12, speed at 3.0 for 30 minutes. This works wonders and isn’t too hard.

I just burn 700 calories.. i ran for 5 minutes in incline at 2.5, speed at 5.2 then I incline it at 15 with 3.7 speed jogging did 6 mins then I repeat the running at 2.5 incline with 5.2 speeds 💯💯🔥🔥🔥

Walk, run, walk, run for 30 minutes is brutal on the groin.

5minute intervals 3:30m walking then jog at 6mph 1:30 repeat for 30m -60m and so whatevr incline you can handle

You might as well just do HIIT, running at 12-15 mph for more for 30 secs and resting for 40 secs repeat. Much more effective.

Incline at 15 then speed 6kmph and some times sprints 12kmph for 10- 15 min then cycling 5-10min then some stretching

Get you a comfortable pair of sneakers and hit them streets. I walk 5 miles daily. 2.5 in the morning and evening. It has worked for me. And you can clear your mind and soul in the fresh air...lose weight, tone up and see how your neighbors is living beyond their pockets😂😂

Walking is good for overall body toning. Add some dancin and you're be surprised. 🤸‍♀️

If you really want to lose weight, pay attention to your bpm. You really need a fitness tracking watch or chest strap to monitor your heart beats per minute (bpm). You can use the ones on the treadmills if they have them. You really don't need to run to lose weight. Walking the correct way will do it. Stretch before you start. Walk slow on the treadmill for a couple of minutes at a steady pace. Then increase the incline up to the highest degree you can, 15 or whatever yours is. Walk slow, measure your heart rate, it will shoot up. Get close to your max heart rate (calculate your max heart rate online - max heart rate calculator). Once you reach that, or a heart rate that is comfortable for you, then drop the incline down to about 5, then monitor your bpm. Keep it above 130bpm. Then all you have to do at this point is either change the incline or the speed to keep your bpm above 130. Doing this is much easier than running, easier on the joints and will burn more calories over time as you will be able to last longer. Running will burn more calories, but this is an easier workout for older people and people that want to look after their joints. Do this for 30 minutes and you'll easily burn 300 kcals and improve your heart health and get fitter.

The incline method is not for everyone…I tried the incline method but badly stressed my knees. It can cause long term knee pain
