Running on the treadmill can be easier than running outdoors, for a variety of good reasons. Treadmills give you complete control, enabling you to adjust the speed, incline, warm-up period, cool-down period, and amount of energy you expend.

I recommend you try this 20 minute treadmill workout to take your fitness to the next level!

HIIT workouts - known as High Intensity Interval Training, are the most effective way to burn fat in the shortest amount of time possible. However, most people don't utilize this type of workout enough. #HIIT #HIITWorkout #Treadmill

It's recommend to perform a 10-30 minute HIIT workout 2-3 times a week, with 24 hour rest in between HIIT workouts, in addition to other variety of fitness activities.

This treadmill workout video is 20 minutes of sprint training, going as hard as you can for 8 rounds of 30 seconds, spaced with 90 seconds of low intensity.

We start the treadmill workout with a 5 minute warm-up and finish the workout with a 3 minute cool-down. Please make sure you do both to reduce risk or injury!

OMG I went from 6 to 8 today... 2 incline 9 speed. I'm 55yr old female!!! So darn pleased with myself! I am finally hanging with younger crowd!! GO ME!!!! LOVE LOVE 💕💕💕 SPRINTS! THANK YOU SIR! She is flying HIGH!!

I have 3 kids and a full time job and I LOVE THIS!! I wake up at 5, get done by 5:30, shower and dressed by 6 so I can get kiddos up and ready for school!! If my fata$$ can do this you can too!!

Did this 3x a week, and i ate as i usually did (I didn't do diet)
1st month, nothing change
2nd month, down by 5 kgs
3rd month, down by 10 kgs
I lost 15 kilos in 3 months, but now on the 4th i didn't lost my weight...i think it's time to change my diet

One if the best if not best treadmill workout video not bc it was really strenuous but because you explained the workout during the warm up and then straight into the workout. Best format by far for a follow along workout on YouTube!

I tried this at my gym today. I did everything at 5x speed, but needless to say, this is pretty reasonable workout. I’m going to continue this for a while. Thank you for showing a realistic HIIT workout video for someone like me who’s not very “athletic.” I would recommend anyone to at least try this for 20 minutes at 4x or 5x speed on treadmill

This workout is a game changer, After 3 days doing this I can see little results how much fat on my body I’ve lost. I literally melting off fat like butter. And I try every other workout and diet nothing worked until I came across the video!
