Great tip. Watch a movie/show while working out. Cardio days, I watch one episode, 12 incline, 3 speed and I don’t touch the rails. I’ll burn 400-500 calories. It goes by fast as well.

I just started 2.8mph at 6 incline for 30-40 minutes and that feels like a lot for me currently. I hope to work up to more but it feels like a good, doable and consistent challenge for now.

Max 15% incline not holding on, 3.2mph on the speed, and 30 min duration gets it done for me. At my bodyweight, I burn around 600 cals doing this.

thank you, I had seen this on tiktok from someone else but couldn't remember the numbers TwT I want to try this as it seems like a very good easy not painful exercice to start going back to the gym again. my joints wouldn't like me running ahaha

I started at incline 8 and speed 2.5 but i just bumped it up to incline 9 yesterday because it was feeling a little easy now. Im progressing. 💪🏽

I do incline 8 to 11 on speed 5 for 30 min everyday.

Anyone else feel side pains because of this? Still love doing it !

I was on incline 12 on level 3 for one hour i think I pulled something because I didn’t stretch before but I feel better now it’s time to get back in the gym 💪🏾💯🔥

Why have to be 3 that doesn’t work for everyone hurt legs with such an speed. I do 13 incline 2.5 speed 30 with with 5lbs in both hands. if I go 3 can’t don’t it every day some times I increase 2.7 for last 5 mins

Up to 16 at 3, quite the workout, hoping to slim my stomach. 12 incline was not as effective so we will see if this helps.

For those that can’t, or just don’t want to, walk at 3 speed—just make sure your heart rate is at about 70% - 80% of your max heart rate. And you will burn fat as long as your heart rate is in that fat burning zone, the rest is just consistency on your part.
