In today's tutorial, Dr. Kyle Murray demonstrates the first of five effective exercises to help correct a neck hump, also known as Dowager's Hump or Buffalo Hump. This condition is an extra layer of fat on the thoracic spine, often due to over-curving, causing strain at the neck and upper back. This exercise aims to reduce this hump and improve posture:
YWTL Stretch: Hold each position (Y, W, T, L) for 30 seconds to activate the back muscles.
Perform this stretch daily to improve your posture and reduce the neck hump.
