For those who asking how many calories are burned during this workout. it rly depends on your weight, height and how active you are. As for me.. when I did it for the first time, I only burned 190 calories coz I skipped many routines (lol ngl it was hard) but it gets easier the second time, I burned around 230 calories and not skipping routines anymore (I also jog on the other days) 😁 Thanks Joanna for this low impact workout ❤❤ btw I'm 81kg and 156 cm and on day 20 of my weight loss journey!! I will update monthly here if I remember hahah

I've been doing this workout for about a week now. It is really helping me get off the couch. At the beginning of the week, I could only get halfway through. I've really been trying to eat clean and do this workout everyday, and now I can complete the ENTIRE workout. This is just the first step for me, so thank you for posting this video. I've been doing your workouts for years, but I have finally gotten into the habit of exercising regularly. I mix your strength training videos with running, but since I have been quarantining, I have been looking for other methods of cardio. I started my regular fitness journey a year ago, and I have lost about 38 pounds. I am much more confident and healthier than I used to be. Thank you for being a part of my journey. ❤️

I love how motivational you are in this video! You encouraging me to push myself almost every second really helped me a lot. It feels like I'm working out right beside you, so I didn't compromise any movements. 😇🙋‍♀️ (especially when you said you're not quitting because you know that you've got only 20 seconds left, and I was trying to take a break early 😂😂😂)

I have lost 4 kilos since starting and now have my waist back, so happy, still have much more to loose but I will as I enjoy the daily workouts. Joanna, you are a legend. All your workouts are so simple, yet achievable and effective. It may be hard to do in the first or second time, but eventually I can catch up. Have to start at the beginning again because I injured my back and knee. Feels rubbish as I was at such a high level of fitness even 1hr of hiit was pretty simple for me. Give or take a few screams from quad burn.
And now i am on the low impact.
Difficult to not feel discouraged. But it is something and burning 100 cals is better than nowt.
