Fact: The close-grip press works wayyy more of your tricep than your chest because of the “close-grip” positioning and the elbow positioning. Also, the dumbbell pullover is a exercise for your LATS, that’s why it was originally called the dumbbell lat pullover.

Standing flys for upper chest, use mind muscle connection and flex and hold at the top. TRUST ME! YOU WILL FEEL IT.

Close grip press works your triceps rather than chest due to close grip the closer your grip is the more effective it’s gonna be on your triceps
